I am Professor Neeta Awasthy, a highly experienced professional with 35 years of experience in consultancy and academics. I have a B.Tech., M.Tech., and Ph.D., and am a govt. certified Energy Auditor. After leaving a central govt officer's job at NTPC, I was self-employed as a software consultant. Then joined academics and worked every time with a new batch of youngsters for the last 23 years. I have authored over fifty research papers, four books, and a patent. Four research scholars have completed their PhD under my supervision. My research interests include Digital Signal Processing, Artificial Neural Networks, Biomedical Engineering, Energy Management, Big Data Analytics, Quality Improvement of Technical Education, eLearning Initiatives, Design Thinking, and Critical Thinking. I am a member of various professional organizations such as IEEE, IETE, ISTE, and CSI. I have served as an editor and reviewer for various international journals. Also, I have been a consultant for various companies and organizations.
